Graveside funeral services for Mr. Billy Carl Cowan, age 61, of Jackson, TN will be conducted Wednesday morning at 10A at Wrights Cemetery with Bro. Michael Hall officiating. Mr. Cowan passed away Monday at Laurelwood Health Care in Jackson, TN.

A native of Lincoln County, he was a  son of the late Charles and Maggie B. Smith Cowan, and was a farmer.

Survivors include sister Carolyn Tuck of Harvest, AL, uncle John Wilson Cowan of Fayetteville and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

There will be no formal visitation at the funeral home prior to services.
