Visitation for Mrs. Frances H. McWilliams Cowan, age 66, of Huntsville, AL, will be Saturday, December 20, 2014 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at West End Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Carter Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Cowan passed away Monday in Crestwood Medical Center.
Mrs. Cowan was a native of Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late William and Lorraine McWilliams. She worked at the Heart Center doing medical billing.
Survivors include a son Daniel Cowan of Fayetteville, grandchild Michael Kendrick Cowan, brother Thomas McWilliams, two nieces and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by two sons Jason and Tim Cowan and one sister Carol McAndrews.
Higgins Funeral Home is assisting the family of Frances H. McWilliams Cowan.

Please accept my condolences in your loss. Losing a loved one is a traumatic experience for anyone to go through. We can have comfort and hope in the Bible’s promise that all the things that cause us pain and grief including death will be done away with- 1 Corinthians 15:26 and Isaiah 65:17
