Funeral services for Mrs. Kathleen Caldwell Hunter, age 83, of Nashville formerly of Kelso will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2PM at Higgins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Kelso Cemetery beside her husband Joe Billy Hunter. Mrs. Hunter passed away Wednesday morning at Alive Hospice at Skyline Madison Campus.

She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late Houston F. and Lula Warren Caldwell. Mrs. Hunter was a homemaker and a Christian.

Survivors include a daughter Susan Hunter Lowe of London, England, a son Joe Hunter of Michigan, three brothers Alden Caldwell of Kelso, Houston Floyd Caldwell of St. Louis, Missouri, Thomas Caldwell of Spokanne, Washington, two sisters Lydia Shelton and Lindia Harliss both of Chattanooga, Tennessee, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be Friday from 1-2PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
