Funeral services for Mr. Leonard L. Lineberger, age 94 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 PM at Higgins Funeral Home with Bro. Terrell Pitts officiating. Burial will follow in Wrights Cemetery beside his late wife Lorena Beddingfield Lineberger who passed away in 2005.

Mr. Lineberger was a native of Lincoln County, TN, was a farmer and was a member of the Methodist Church.

Survivors include one daughter: Linda Gale Wilson and husband Albert Earl of Smyrna, TN and one son: Alva Gene Lineberger and wife Marie of Lincoln County, three granddaughters: Tammy Lineberger Watson and husband Tommy, Donna Wilson Gaines and husband Steve and Dana Wilson, three great granddaughters Rachel Watson, Brittney Creager, and Ashley Gaines, one great grandson: Brandon Watson, one brother Robert Wayne Lineberger, two sisters Doris Farrar and Ida Ruth Smith, several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

In addition to his parents Mr. Lineberger was preceded in death by two brothers: Roy Lineberger and Maurice Lineberger and one sister Ora Taylor.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday evening from 4-8 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home.
