Graveside service for Ms. Lillie Mae Howard, age 94 of Fayetteville, will be conducted Monday March 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Riverview Memorial Gardens, with Bro. Mike Johnson officiating. Ms. Howard passed away Saturday evening March 21, 2015 in Donalson Care Center.
A native of Madison County, AL, she was the daughter of the late George Franklin and Mary Frances McCullough Howard. Ms. Howard worked for Combustion Engineering as a Executive Secretary in Chattanooga, TN. She was a member of the West End Baptist Church.
Ms. Howard is survived by nieces Louise Hurd, Irene Russel, Gladys Anderson, Page LedSinger and Glenda Crawley; and several other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Roy Howard, James “Bud” Howard, Clifford Howard, and Robert Howard; eight sisters, Lula Hurst, Vennie Bunn, Maudie Fanning, Lorane Howard, Mammie Warren, Gracie Parks, Willie Honey and Glenda Eadie.
Visitation with the family will be Monday March 23, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Higgins Funeral Home.
