    Joyce, Sandra, Michael & Jimmy,

I am so sorry to hear of Ralph’s passing…I know he will be forever missed. I know…I think of my dad every day. But I wanted to reach out and offer my thoughts as my memories of Ralph go back to those days in Winchester when we were all just kids playing in the best neighborhood ever when you were all still in Winchester. What wonderful times we had and ralph was always so kind to me, Johnny and the other neighbor hood kids. May you rejoice that you had him with you for all of these years.

    All my love,

    Phillip Scharber
