I saw the obituary in the Exchange and just wanted to say how sorry I was to hear of Rob’s passing. This came as a shock to me to hear of this. I worked Rob for years at the Corps of Engineers. He was such a fine person. I just wanted to express my sincere condolence to his family. I pray that God will comfort you as only He can.
