Funeral services for Mrs. Sue Rogers Thomas, age 75 of Fayetteville will be conducted at 3PM Friday at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Milton Martin and Rev. Tony Billions officiating. Burial will follow in Booneville Cemetery. Mrs. Thomas died Tuesday night in Lincoln Medical Center.

  She was a native of Lincoln County and the daughter of the late John Luther and Betty Sullenger Rogers. Mrs. Thomas worked in various stores around town and retired from the Wishing Well after many years. She was a member of the Oak Hill Baptist Church.

  Survivors include her husband W. G. Thomas of Fayetteville, son Gene Thomas and wife Deborah of Fayetteville, two grandchildren Megan and Kenny Hall and Heather and Daniel Miller both of Fayetteville, two sisters Edwina Hughes of Michigan and Virginia Cowley of Fayetteville, six brothers Lawrence Rogers of Fayetteville, James Rogers of New Jersey, Billy Rogers of Fayetteville, Clyde Rogers of Florida, Ray Rogers of Lynchburg and Clay Rogers of Tullahoma, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

  Visitation with the family will be Thursday evening 5-8PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
