The last we heard from Tom was when he was awarded a PhD not too long after he retired. Have thought of him often since then and wondered how he was doing. Sad to hear of his passing. He was a great supervisor, always looking out for the best interest of his people. They sure don’t make them like Tom anymore.

I am so sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. I worked with him at the Corps of Engineers and I remember well how he always had a clever observation to share and always made everyone laugh. God Bless you; my thoughts and prayers are with you.
